Independent multi-brand appliance repair

# Independent, and specific about it.

St. Johns County Appliance repairs built-in and luxury kitchen appliances across St. Johns County,
Florida, and has done since 2016. Every visit runs the same seven stages in the
same order, because the order is what stops a good part being fitted into a bad
installation.

The grille comes off before anything else. It is where the machine tells you what it has been doing.

What independent means

## We work for the homeowner, not for a manufacturer.

There is a real difference between an independent repair company and a manufacturer's
service network, and it is worth stating rather than blurring. A manufacturer's network
answers to the manufacturer. We answer to whoever is paying the invoice.

In practice that shows up in three ways. We will tell you when an appliance is not worth
repairing, which is not always a comfortable conversation. We will tell you when the fault
is the installation rather than the appliance — a blocked cooling intake, an undersized
cabinet opening, a missing dedicated circuit — and those are not repairs we can sell. And
we will tell you when a maintenance interval, not a part, is the answer.

We buy genuine OEM parts through authorized distribution. That is a statement about where
parts come from. It is not a statement about us: no manufacturer has certified, authorized,
endorsed or trained this company, and we will not imply otherwise on any page of this site.

What we actually hold

## Credentials, stated plainly

- EPA Section 608 certified technicians: Federal certification for handling sealed-system refrigerants, required for any compressor or evaporator work.

- Licensed and insured in the State of Florida: General liability coverage carried on every call.

- Independent, not factory-affiliated: We buy genuine OEM parts through authorized distribution, but we work for you, not for a manufacturer.
