We publish no street address. This is a mobile service operation, and a location we do not
staff would be a fiction. Everything happens at your kitchen.

Before you call

## Six things we will ask

- The make, and whether it is built-in, integrated or freestanding
- What the appliance is doing, in your own words — symptoms beat guesses
- How long it has been doing it, and whether it started gradually
- Your ZIP, and whether there is clear access from the front door to the kitchen
- Where the breaker and, on a plumbed appliance, the shut-off valve are — if you know
- Roughly how old the appliance is, and whether it has been serviced before

None of that is small talk. Whether the appliance is built-in or freestanding decides most of
the labor before anyone touches it, and how long a fault has been building separates wear from
an electrical event nearly every time.
