This is a static site. There is no account, no form, no cart and no login, and there is nothing here that identifies you.

The website
Every page you are reading was generated ahead of time and is served as a plain file. It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recorder.
Typefaces are self-hosted and served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to any third party — no font CDN, no map embed, no video player, no external image host. The only script on the site is the mobile menu toggle, which runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it processes ordinary request data — IP address, user agent, the page requested — to serve traffic and to defend against abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, under Cloudflare's terms, and we neither add to it nor receive a report from it.
When you call
Booking a visit means a phone call. We write down what we need to do the job: a name, an address, a contact number, the appliance and what it is doing. If a repair goes ahead we keep the invoice, because it is also the warranty document and you may need it inside the parts window.
That information is used to schedule the visit, order the correct part and honour the warranty. It is not sold, rented, traded or handed to a marketing service, and we do not run a mailing list to put you on.
Parts distributors necessarily see a model and serial number when we order against them. They do not receive your name or address from us unless a part ships directly to you, and then only what the carrier needs.
Asking us to delete it
Call (904) 395-4339 and ask. We will remove what we hold, except where an invoice has to be kept for tax or warranty reasons, and we will tell you which of those applies rather than citing a policy at you.
Children
This is a home appliance repair service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.
Changes
If the site ever gains a form, an analytics tool or an embedded third party, this page will say so before the change ships. The date at the top is the date of the last revision.
