What this site collects, which is almost nothing.
This is a static site. There is no account, no form, no cart and no login, and there is nothing here that identifies you by name.

The website
Every page you are reading was generated ahead of time and is served as a plain file. It sets no cookies. It runs no tag manager and no advertising pixel; the only session recorder is PostHog, described below.
Typefaces are self-hosted and served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to any third party — no font CDN, no map embed, no video player, no external image host. The only scripts on the site are the mobile menu toggle, which runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere, our own analytics, which reports only to this domain, and PostHog, served from this domain and described below.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it processes ordinary request data — IP address, user agent, the page requested — to serve traffic and to defend against abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, under Cloudflare's terms, and we neither add to it nor receive a report from it.
Calls and bookings: when you tap a phone, text, email or booking link on this site, our own analytics stores the IP address of that visit together with the action, so we can see roughly where requests come from. We keep it for 90 days, use it for nothing else, and never sell or share it.
Visit recordings: this site also uses PostHog, a service of PostHog Inc. in the United States, to see how visitors use it. Its script is served from this domain, and what it records is passed on from here to PostHog. It records the pages you view, where you click and how far you scroll, your device and browser type, page-speed measurements, and a replay of the visit in which anything typed into a field is hidden. It sets no cookies; its session data stays in the storage of your open browser tab and is cleared when the tab closes. PostHog receives your IP address, keeps it with this data and uses it to estimate your approximate location. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded. We use it only to improve this site and never sell it; PostHog keeps recordings for 30 days and other usage data for up to one year.
When you call
Booking a visit means a phone call. We write down what we need to do the job: a name, an address, a contact number, the appliance and what it is doing. If a repair goes ahead we keep the invoice, because it is also the warranty document and you may need it inside the parts window.
That information is used to schedule the visit, order the correct part and honour the warranty. It is not sold, rented, traded or handed to a marketing service, and we do not run a mailing list to put you on.
Parts distributors necessarily see a model and serial number when we order against them. They do not receive your name or address from us unless a part ships directly to you, and then only what the carrier needs.
Asking us to delete it
Call (904) 395-4339 and ask. We will remove what we hold, except where an invoice has to be kept for tax or warranty reasons, and we will tell you which of those applies rather than citing a policy at you.
Children
This is a home appliance repair service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.
Changes
If the site ever gains a form, an analytics tool or an embedded third party, this page will say so before the change ships. The date at the top is the date of the last revision.
